  Hey all, I recently just had my cars cv shafts replaced 23/8/22 on a small red Colt. I was very unsure if they were going to be problematic or not being such an old car, but I drove the car to these lovely men, and understanding I was happy to wait they told me they would have the job done within an hr n half for both sides.. I watched on from the sofa in the garage, very quickly they had the car up on the hoist and within minutes had the shafts out and more or less back in within 40 mins and tyres back on just slightly over an hour. Very fast worker!. they were completely courteous, friendly, and I can understand why they’re still in business Because they are professionals in this field. I will be returning to them once again in the future for further repairs on another car. And the pricing… I had 3 other seperate quotes., to which M&S quoted $50- $100 less. Thankyou to Joe who repaired my car, I also was concerned I may need to have the bearings replaced, he checked and relayed they were fine, but he also diagnosed the other issue with the alignment and the cars shock-absorbers and advised me it was best to get those attended to before an alignment. So considerate and helpful. Great people, females need not worry about feeling ripped off or worried they were very easy to understand and very respectful. Thankyou guys!!!

  These guys got my shaft in at lunchtime with 0 notice and re tubed and balanced it by 4 o'clock same day. Could not believe the way they absolutely killed the time frame I gave them. Sooooooo quick. Much more business will be done with these guys with all my builds I'm doing

  Got an automated message after looking at their ad on Facebook, I responded to the automated message that I wasn't quite ready to move forward with any drive shaft work and their response was childish and disrespectful to say the least.
  
  Definitely WILL NOT be getting any business from me and I will do my best to dissuade any of my fellow Escort tragics using their services.
  
  Go get SHAFTED M&S!

  I came here last week to get my wheel bearings (definitely cooked)& front drive shafts checked(sometimes clicking when performing a turn).
  
  The wheel bearings quoted price was very reasonable.
  
  Mark called to let me know that the front left drive shaft needed to be changed.
  I agree(i expecting it).
  
  Then my wheel hub is gone too.
  
  I was expecting costly parts & labour, just like the average shops nowadays.
  
  Then he said the price, i was shocked & happy at the same time.
  
  The price is very reasonable, i would say decent price for the amount of work & parts.
  
  Pick up the car, he showed me the broken parts, nothing shady, honest work. So glad to come here.

  Mark and the team have never failed me in the last 15 years I have used them. So this review is a well overdue one. Long story short, job was given to a mechanic to regrease the cv joints and after the 4th time back, cv joint rubber still leaked grease. Mark received the car and got the cv joints regreased and sealed by 3pm the same day. Amazing workmanship and they take pride in their work. Highly recommend to any person requiring work on cv joints. They are well priced as well. Thanks Mark.
